PLEASE NOTE: 

  1. Applications can now be filled out online, and payments can be made via Interac to fundraising@orilliacanadaday.ca or cheques made out to Celebrate Orillia Inc. and can be arranged to be picked up by the Fundraising Coordinator or Treasurer
  2. Food vendors will need to fill out the Special Events Form from the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit https://www.simcoemuskokahealth.org/Topics/FoodSafety/SpecialEvents
