We're looking for Fireworks, Parade, and Entertainment sponsors for those specific activations along with Gold, Silver and Community Sponsors that help fund the overall event.
Thank you for your generosity in helping us provide a great day to more than 20,000 people who come through the park on July 1st!
Canada Day is a wonderful opportunity for residents to give back to their community or for high school students to earn their required volunteer hours.
Volunteer positions include: selling buttons in the park on the day of the event, working in either the information or volunteer booth, event security, litter pick-up, working in the Children’s Village or assisting with event set-up or take down.
If you would like to become more involved, you can take on one of the many committee tasks available.

Marshalling takes place on Andrew Street and Barrie Road in the parking lot at 11 AM. The Parade starts promptly at 12 PM and goes down Mississaga Street and along Gordon Lightfoot Drive and disperses at the north park entrance (Jarvis Street).
Our theme for 2026 is 'Backyard BBQ'. The parade celebrates Canada’s Birthday and Heritage. We encourage red and white, music, bands, dignitaries, walking groups and animals.
We also encourage local award winners i.e. Citizen of the Year, Fair Ambassador, Woman of the Year, etc. to submit a parade application.

The Celebrate Orillia Committee encourages any local not-for-profit groups to join us on July 1st to promote your organization.
There is no charge, but space is limited.
To qualify for a vending opportunity applicants must complete, sign and submit the “Vendor Participation Application Form” Click the button below!
Application deadline is June 1.
All Vendors must provide their own exhibit and materials including table, chairs, canopy etc.

Applications for food vendors is now open. You must provide a copy of the Special Event Permit from the Simcoe County Health Unit and a Certificate of Insurance naming 'Celebrate Orillia Inc' as an additional insured.
Food Vendor fee is: $300 for 10′ x 10′ space or $400 for a 10′ x 20 ‘ space.
To apply applicants must complete, sign and submit the “Vendor Participation Application Form” Click the button below!

Payments can be sent via Interac to fundraising@orilliacanadaday.ca or cheques made payable to Celebrate Orillia Inc and arranged to be delivered to the Vendor Coordinator or Treasurer.

Items for sale should be of interest to our visitors i.e. crafts, sunglasses, tee shirts, jewelry, clothing etc. Vendors are required to submit a Certificate of insurance naming Celebrate Orillia Inc as an additional insured.
The Market Vendor fee is:
$100 for 10′ x 10′ space or $150 for a 10′ x 20‘ space.
