• If you have received a sponsorship letter and need the form to fill out look no further you will find the link to our print and fillable PDF versions below.
• If you are interested in sponsoring or donating to Orillia Canada Day or a sponsoring or donating to a specific Orillia Canada Day event please email: fundraising@orilliacanadaday.ca or call Derick at 705-330-7427
•  Although applications can now be emailed in, payments still need to be physically mailed to Orillia Canada Day Inc. or arranged to be picked up by the Fundraising Coordinator or Treasurer.

Applications due: June 1st

PLEASE NOTE: 

1. It is the responsibility of the vendor to pick their top 3 spaces on the map attached to the application. The available spaces are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS, this will help prevent any headaches happening on the day. The vendor spaces will be 10′ wide x 10′ deep and sizing will only be increased by 10′ in width but not depth (example 10’x10′ or 20’x10′).
2. Although applications can now be emailed in or dropped off at Information Orillia, payments still need to be physically mailed to Orillia Canada Day or arranged to be picked up by the Vendor Coordinator or Treasurer.
3. Food vendors will need to fill out the Special Events Form from the Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit. Please follow the link  https://www.simcoemuskokahealth.org/Topics/FoodSafety/SpecialEvents
